An important first-step for almost any troubleshooting for internet browsing is to clear cache and cookies.
The tool that is used by your internet browser to speed up the loading process is known as the 'cache' tool. When websites are updated files saved in the cache can cause problems and may conflict with what's actually coded into the website. One way you can be sure that any issues you come across are actually something wrong with the website and not inconsistencies caused by using different browsers is by clearing the cache.
You can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut.
When using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.
NOTE: Be sure and close/quit the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.
